Tina Jackson has been an Adjunct Faculty instructor with Golden Gate University for 25 years.

She has 30+ years of experience working for a major telecommunications organization where she served as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.  She is a seasoned strategic leader, trusted advisor to clients, with a proven track record of partnering with Senior Executives to align business strategy with HR and people strategy.

She has led a global team of strategic HR Business partners who support clients to provide consultation across a broad range of HR areas including Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Labor Relations, Diversity & Inclusion.

In addition, she has experience in working with her client groups through Merger and Organizational Restructuring via acquisitions and realignment.

Tina received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University and her MBA from Golden Gate University with emphasis in Human Resources Management.  She continues to maintain her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
