Selection Procedure

The hiring manager(s) will evaluate applications and select only those candidates with the appropriate and desired qualifications (experience and educational background) for interviews.

Payroll

Golden Gate University uses ADP as their payroll service. Employees, including part-time and adjunct faculty members, are paid on a semi-monthly schedule. W-2 tax statements and pay statements are only accessible via ADP's iPay system, which is accessible via virtually any computer with Internet access at https://ipay.adp.com.

All Payroll requests, including requests for access to iPay for W-2 statements, must be directed to payroll@ggu.edu. Please allow 48 hours for a response during tax season (January - April).
