Federal Financial Aid
The
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the basic federal application for consideration for all forms of financial aid. Be sure to list Golden Gate University as a recipient of the data in Step 6; our federal Title IV School Code is 001205. To file the FAFSA 2010-11 online, go to
www.fafsa.ed.gov.
You must also complete a Golden Gate University
FinAid.App.Fa10-Spr11. This short form will help us better assist you with your financial planning by gathering basic personal, academic and program information. Please pay careful attention to the section requesting number of units you will take.
Scholarships
Download the appropriate application form and return it according to the instructions on the form.

Alumni Discount
- Academic Excellence (no longer requires a scholarship application) - This scholarship is for undergraduates and it is awarded upon admission to GGU.

Graduate Community Leadership
- Other scholarships are by invitation which may be based on GPA, Need, Major course of study and/or other specific criteria
Employer Assistance Program
For the corporate reimbursement plan, first sign up at
www.afford.com or call 1-800-722-4867. Then
download and complete the Corporate Reimbursement form, have it signed by your employer and return it to Student Financial Services as indicated on the form.
For Corporate/Agency Direct Billing
download and complete the Corporate/Agency Direct Bill Authorization form, have it signed by your employer and return it to Student Financial Services as indicated on the form.
